We work with you to make sure the right apps are being deployed to the right people. Your Finance team may not need the latest and greatest from Adobe, and your designers shouldn’t get access to accounting services.

Stress-free first day

We want your new hires to have a stress-free and easy first day of work. Their device will be set up so they can get right to work, instead of spending the first day downloading software and setting up accounts. Time is money!

A white glove approach

If you want your new users to get bespoke training, we can do that! We’ll introduce them to their machine, to their essential services, and how to reach out for help. If they need a bit of extra training to feel productive? We can schedule that training, no problem!

Behind the scenes, your user’s devices need to be well managed. Hybrid working also means a lot of things can go wrong. A device could be stolen from an airport or a coffee shop. Or a drink spilled on it. We make sure that devices are encrypted, backed up, and protected from…life!

Can you help us pick the right computers?

Absolutely. We’re more than happy to help you with any technology decision you face. After discussing your long-term goals and what needs you have, we can give you recommendations on what technology we think would work best for your organization. If you have a particular device you’re set on, we’ll work with you to make it fit. Onboarding and employee offboarding is only part of what we do.

Our organization uses Macs, but our new hire is more familiar with Windows. Can you help?

We run into this situation more often than you might think! Most people have gravitated towards Windows or Apple their whole lives, and it can be daunting to switch systems at your new job. We can lead group and individual training sessions for your employees, helping them familiarize themselves with the tips and tricks to working efficiently and effectively.

We’re in the process of letting go of employees who work with sensitive information. How can you help with this?

We get it. Not every parting is going to be on the best of terms. And even if it is, sometimes the data they handle is too sensitive to risk exposure. We excel at remote device management, so we can lock and secure any employee device at a given date and time. If you’re having difficulty with recovery, we have measures in place to locate and recover your organization’s device, perfect for cybersecurity-conscious organizations with former employees that are a security risk.

What if our software is different from your recommendation?

Many MSPs require you to use their preferred mail apps, software, meeting apps, or even rent devices directly from them. That’s not us. We take your organization where it is and help you improve. If you like Apple instead of Windows, great. Let’s work with that. If you use Microsoft Teams instead of Slack, fine by us. Let’s get you set up safely and correctly.
