On May 17, 2023, Tech Superpowers convened a group of startup founders, human resources professionals, investors, and other members of the Boston tech community for an exclusive PowerUp roundtable discussion. The evening was devoted to the challenges around scaling an organization, from 20 to 200 employees – which is something that the Tech Superpowers team knows is a challenge for many companies.
